Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, usually within 1-2 business days. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at info@dollsskill.vip. We cannot guarantee that modifications are possible once processing has begun, but we will do our best to assist you.
I see a charge on my account but didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Occasionally, confirmation emails may land in your spam folder. If you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will verify your order status.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Your total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 4-7 business days from the date you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days so we can assist you. For damaged items, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and keep all original packaging.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Final sale items, gift cards, and certain intimate apparel are not returnable. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@dollsskill.vip with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If the return is due to a quality issue, please include photos. We will provide further instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Are there any fees to return an item?
Returns due to quality issues or manufacturing defects are completely free. For returns for other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we do not charge a restocking fee.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. After processing, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Creating an account is not required, but it allows you to check out faster, track your orders easily, and save your preferences.
